Sony Joy, is an entrepreneur, having his roots in Kerala & currently based in the Millennium City - Gurgaon. In 2006, at the age of 21, he Co-founded MobME Wireless Solutions (P) Ltd, a Telecom Value Added Services Company, while doing his graduation in B.Tech - Electronics & Communication from College Of Engineering, Trivandrum.

MobME is one of the rare student start-ups in the country that managed to raise Angel Investment with the Founders still being in College. From the humble beginnings at the Technology Business Incubation Center (TBIC) at Technopark, MobME has grown into a team size of almost 100 passionate & youthful minds, with offices in Cochin, Trivandrum, Mumbai & Gurgaon and ground presence in another 15 states. Sony heads the VAS & NetSol business verticals at MobME and works closely with the leading Mobile Operators in India.

Apart from his involvement in MobME, Sony also finds time to mentor a small bunch of entrepreneurs. His innate acumen for business adds value to those start-ups in more ways than one. Being a start-up enthusiast, he shares his insights at various events across the country & thus contributes to the betterment of the ecosystem.
